An Evening of Indian Delights In the Company of Padley Lodge (6379)

On Friday 8^th August 2008, A summer break event at the Borivli Indian Restaurant in Bakewell. The evening will allow diners to enjoy wonderful cuisine while allowing the Lodge to raise money towards our target for the 2014 Derbyshire Festival.

The evening is open to all Masons and their family and friends, your attendance would be gratefully appreciated. Tickets are priced at £15.00 per head which includes an excellent range of starters and main courses to tantalize your taste buds. If you are not a lover of Indian cuisine there is also a selection of English dishes to choose from.

Currently, 70 seats have been reserved for the evening as there has been a lot of interest from the Brethren that I have spoken to. Brethren of Padley lodge with their family and friends will have priority over places available.

A wrapped raffle prize would be gratefully appreciated for a bumper raffle on the evening.

A Racy Night !!

Brethren from Derwent Craft Lodge No. 884 and Derwent Mark Lodge No. 963 have organised an evening of music and entertainment to be held at Ashover Parish Hall (off the A632 Matlock to Chesterfield road) at 7.30 pm on Saturday 2nd August. Open to Freemasons, their friends and families, the entertainment will include light music, songs from the shows, a live band, the Chesterfield Theatre Group and a race night. A buffet will be provided and you may bring your own wine.

Tickets are £10 each from W.Bro. Tony Gray, 21 Rutland Street, Matlock DE4 3GN, telephone 01629 582576. All two hundred tickets are expected to go quickly and early booking is advised.

Any surplus from the proceeds will be divided between the Derbyshire Festival 2014 and the Mark Province’s qualification for the 150th Anniversary Keystone Fund.
